The BLADE High Efficiency Gas Fire has been created with both style and energy saving in mind. The fire incorporates a unique gas burner with a floating ribbon of flame in the style of a blade. This contemporary wall mounted 4.6kw fireplace has a class 1 efficiency rating meaning most of the heat generated is returned to the room, keeping utility bills low. The fire is operated by a manual control which is hidden behind the fascia. The fire is suitable for installation into any home with a chimney As this is a room sealed appliance no ventilation is required.
The fire is suitable for any home with an existing chimney or can be used in a new build with the optional flue box and a flue liner. Choose from black satin or stainless finishes. The fire is approved with a shelf above which will allow for a TV to be installed above if desired with careful planning. As this is a glass fronted fire there is no need for additional room ventilation. The fire is supplied with ceramic pebbles.

Fascia: The fascia is available in either Satin Black or Stainless Steel.
Control: The standard fire is manually operated with a control behind the fascia.
Flue Box: There is a standard flue box which makes installation easier, it also includes a spigot to join the fire to a flue liner. Please ask for the drawings.

I installed a blade in my front room with shelf and tv above, looks stunning. The floating flame is unique, everyone asks about it. Go to the showroom and see it live before you buy. I recommend the remote and mains version – the extra cost is worth it. By installing this fire I now have loads of heat but my gas bills have fallen loads as I do not seem to use my heating much.
